Drinks are also an important part of our diet. Water is the healthiest drink. It helps our body stay hydrated and healthy. People should drink enough water every day. Other drinks include milk, fruit juice, tea, and lemonade. Children often enjoy fruit juice because it tastes sweet and contains vitamins. However, drinking too many sugary drinks is not healthy.
